The Turbo Engineers TTE480 TSI is a hybrid turbocharger designed from a significantly modified OEM Borg Warner base. It delivers up to 500hp on the 2.0 TSI EA888.1 engine and installs without any additional modifications required. Customers have the option to purchase a new unit or send in their original K04 turbocharger (in good condition) for upgrading.
- Seamless direct bolt-on installation
- Achieves up to 500 horsepower
- Incorporates a next-generation GT2871 compressor
- Fitted with a 9-blade high-flow turbine
- Includes a genuine BorgWarner specially curved clipped turbine and a strengthened actuator
- Supplied with a Viton O-ring to ensure intake sealing
- Features a CNC optimized, manually finished intake pipe
- Engineered, machined, and assembled by TTE in Germany
