Forge Intercooler Audi TTRS 8S

The Forge Motorsport intercooler for the Audi TTRS Mk3 features a substantial core measuring 640x250x100mm and utilizes a bar and plate design. It offers an impressive 56% increase in surface area and 94% more volume compared to the OEM intercooler. The intercooler incorporates integrated pipes in its end tanks to connect with either the original boost hoses or aftermarket alternatives. A customized crash bar is included to fit the enlarged core, and both the core and crash bar are coated in a durable black crackle finish powder coat. In tests on a stage 1 tuned TTRS, this intercooler facilitated an increase of 40hp (470.5 to 520.8hp) and reduced the peak inlet temperature from 76°C to 34°C.
