Forge Intercooler Mini Cooper S R55 / R56 / R57

After conducting rigorous testing on four distinct air core designs, the Forge Motorsport development team chose the stuffed fin stepped design for their intercooler, tailored for the BMW Mini Cooper S Turbo models from 2007 onwards (R56/R57). This intercooler is crafted to lower intake air temperature, thereby enhancing the charge mixture's density in the combustion cylinder and boosting power. It features an 80/40mm core with high thermal efficiency, a surface area that is 250% larger, and a core that is 125% thicker than standard, delivering optimal performance. During evaluations, it surpassed the OEM intercooler by 9°C, performing even better at low speeds and during track conditions. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward setup.
